About the Liberatory Collaboration Project

The Liberatory Collaboration Project is a public proposal portal and organizing platform from Ori Enu, LLC., a liberatory coaching, consulting, and organizational development practice led by Ebony Isis Booth. This portal exists to invite foundations, donor partners, and mission-aligned angel investors into a new standard of philanthropic integrity—one rooted in Black feminist economic thought and the belief that the people closest to the solution know best how to deploy the resources.

Ori Enu, LLC. supports organizations led by Black women and gender-expansive leaders through a proven liberatory methodology the practice calls How We Get Free. The methodology weaves together inner vision, organizational infrastructure, and collective power, helping teams move beyond collaboration fatigue, strategic misalignment, and leadership burnout toward resilient, equitable, and joyful work. Offerings include 12-month organizational development partnerships, the Liberatory Praxis Incubator for executive cohorts, and individual liberatory coaching.

This portal is built for two audiences. For funders and donors, it offers a transparent case for general operating support and unrestricted gifts—capital that goes directly to delivery rather than debt service or restrictive overhead caps. For organizational partners, it outlines clear pathways to engage, from alignment conversations to pilot launches and field learning.
